Job description

Job Title: Entry-Level Electronic Repair Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Electronic Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing electronic assemblies and circuit boards. This position requires fine soldering skills, the ability to work with small components under magnification, and a willingness to learn through hands-on training. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components and circuit boards.
  • Solder and desolder small electronic components, including surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole parts, using a magnifying glass or microscope.
  • Use multimeters and other test equipment to diagnose electrical and electronic issues.
  • Read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Document repairs, test results, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety procedures.
  • Assist technicians with complex repairs and learn new repair techniques through on-the-job training.

Essential Skills
