Job Title: Tech A / Electronics Repair Technician
Worksite: 1373 Enterprise Drive, West Chester, PA 19380

Day Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tech A / Electronics Repair Technician to support power supply repair operations. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing components on printed circuit boards (PCBs), radio antennas, and amplifier transmitters. Candidates must have strong technical troubleshooting experience, soldering expertise, and a solid understanding of electronic circuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment at the component level
  • Perform PCB repairs using through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques
  • Repair power supplies, radio antennas, and amplifier transmitters
  • Replace damaged or malfunctioning electronic components
  • Perform testing and diagnostics to ensure equipment functionality
  • Work with RF-related electronic components and systems
  • Use soldering tools and repair equipment to complete repairs
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and data entry records
  • Follow workplace safety procedures while working around heavy electronic equipment
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
Required Qualifications:
  • Resume/work history required
  • Technical education or training in electronics preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting electronic components to the component level
  • Minimum 2+ years of through-hole and surface-mount soldering experience
  • Experience repairing PCBs and power supplies required
  • RF (radio frequency) knowledge required
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be comfortable working with heavy electronic equipment (50+ lbs)
  • Safety-toe shoes required
