We create the content, run the platforms, and handle the reviews so owners can focus on their business. We're expanding fast and hiring independent closers who want to own their book.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're hiring commission-only sales consultants to sell our marketing packages to small businesses in any vertical you choose — med spas, restaurants and bars, home services, salons, gyms, dental, auto, professional services, you pick your market. Our packages run roughly $3,800 to $9,600+ per month per client on 6- and 12-month agreements, which means every deal you close pays you every month for the life of that contract.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect. Prospect small business owners through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, DMs — any channel you're good at. You choose the market.
• Pitch & close. Deliver a quick discovery, present our packages, and close on the spot when possible.
• Hand off. Hand signed clients to our creative team — you don't manage accounts, you bring them in.
• Own it. Operate as a true independent contractor: your hours, your process, your results. No cubicle, no daily standup.

COMPENSATION

10% of every monthly retainer, for the full life of the contract. You get paid every month the client pays — not just once. Uncapped.

• Example. One Full Build client ($5,828/mo) on a 12-month agreement = $583/month and about $6,994 to you over the year.
• Example. One Premium client ($9,636/mo) on a 12-month agreement = $964/month and about $11,563 to you over the year.
• Y1. Realistic Y1 range: $50,000–$250,000 based on activity, close rate, and contract mix. Top performers exceed this.

Commissions paid monthly, tied to client payment. Build a book that pays you every month before you make a single new call.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You've closed before — ideally in B2B services, media, ads, or software. Cold calling doesn't scare you.
• Fully independent: self-directed, self-motivated, no script babysitter needed.
• You can pick a market, work it, and adjust when something isn't converting.
• You're excited that commission-only means you eat what you kill — not nervous about it.
• You live in or near Houston, OR you can work your local market entirely by phone/video.
