SALARY: Hourly ($18-$20)
Location: Office (Dry Creek/Inverness area)
Hours: Mon-Fri between 7am-7pm

MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Interviewer will conduct an interview virtually or in person and selecting the best candidate for the position that the store needs. This position will be responsible for setting up interviews from Mchire, Interview line and open interview link. This position has the responsibility of choosing the right talent for the store's needs, they will have hiring responsibilities which include screening, scheduling, interviewing, and selecting the most qualified applicants. They will follow the company guidelines and scorecards for best hiring practices. They will also be responsible for entering new hires into the restaurant's system. A Welcome Event Lead organizes and leads the onboarding process. Ultimately, a Welcome Lead ensures our new employees get a warm welcome and experience a smooth onboarding into their new roles. The Welcome Lead's objective is to support the restaurants and demonstrate the organization's values of excellence, service, inclusion, integrity, community, and family. Welcome Leads facilitate live and virtual engaging Welcome Events.
The person in this position will have the following major responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with the GM and Supervisors
  • Support execution of Hiring Events
  • Create/ update hiring boards for all restaurants.
  • Set up interviews daily from Mchire
  • Conduct interviews daily
  • Conduct Welcome events as assigned per day

Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • *1 - 2 years recruitment experience in retail, hospitality, or food service industry.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to leverage current recruitment technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adjust quickly to change.
  • Excellent organizational skills, along with strong technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
  • Knowledge of recruitment market practices and trends
  • Proven hiring strategies.
  • Results driven, very high sense of urgency.
  • Bilangual preferred English/Spanish
  • Availability between Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
