What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound and inbound telephone interviews, including employee exit interviews, new hire interviews, customer feedback interviews, and employee opinion interviews to gather meaningful insights for our clients.
  • Actively listen to, engage authentically, and build rapport with interviewees.
  • Navigate dialogue strategically to uncover meaningful insights about employee and customer experiences, following interview scripts while adapting naturally to individual conversation flows.
  • Maintain professionalism in diverse outbound calling situations with business professionals, including both scheduled and unscheduled calls.
  • Translate Spanish-language interview responses into clear, accurate English documentation while preserving the interviewee's intended meaning and tone.
  • Meet interview completion targets and quality standards consistently.

What you bring to the table (required qualifications):

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience making outbound phone calls in a professional setting.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages, including the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and translate verbal Spanish responses into written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with genuine curiosity about people's experiences.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with business systems functionality
  • Comfortable learning and using new software and technology platforms.

Our Work-From-Home Arrangement:

You must work from your primary residence located within 35 miles of our office so you can easily attend team-building events that occur throughout the year. You must have reliable internet service at home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at home that is free from distractions and maintains low noise levels for conducting professional phone interviews. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.

The business hours and regular schedule for this role are 10 am-3 pm, Monday through Friday.
