Live In Caribbean Caretakers are individuals or couples who reside on a property in the Caribbean to oversee its maintenance, security, and day-to-day operations. Their responsibilities may include gardening, housekeeping, minor repairs, managing staff, and ensuring the property remains in good condition while the owner is away. Some caretakers also provide hospitality services if the property is rented out or hosts guests. This role often comes with free or subsidized accommodation, and sometimes includes a salary or stipend. Candidates are usually expected to be trustworthy, self-sufficient, and experienced in property management or hospitality.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a live in Caribbean caretaker?

To thrive as a Live In Caribbean Caretaker, you generally need property management experience, basic maintenance skills, and often a background in hospitality or groundskeeping.
