What are live in house caretakers?

Live in house caretakers are individuals who reside on a property and are responsible for maintaining the home, grounds, and sometimes caring for pets or providing security. Their duties can include cleaning, basic repairs, gardening, overseeing contractors, and ensuring the property is safe and well-maintained in the owner's absence. The arrangement typically includes free or subsidized housing as part of their compensation.

How to become a live in property caretaker?

To become a live-in house caretaker, candidates typically need prior experience in property management, maintenance, or caregiving, along with good communication and problem-solving skills.
