Have you worked in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living Community, Memory Care, Rehabilitation Center, or Adult Family Home?

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and community activities

• Observe and report changes in client health and well-being

• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for every client

• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
