Job description

Join our dynamic experiential marketing agency as a Brand Ambassador and become an integral part of our live events team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with consumers in dynamic live event settings. Your role is to educate, excite, and inspire event attendees by sharing key product insights, leading interactive experiences, and driving brand awareness in a professional and engaging manner.

Responsibilities

  • Represent assigned brands at live events, trade shows, festivals, and other promotional activations.
  • Engage with event attendees in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, effectively communicating brand messaging.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and vehicle walkarounds.
  • Educate consumers about key vehicle features, technology, and brand benefits.
  • Assist with event setup, activation, execution, and teardown as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with consumers by actively listening to their feedback, addressing inquiries, and providing product recommendations.
  • Maintains products on display so they are presentable and appealing to the public.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in experiential marketing to continually enhance brand activations.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting positively on the brand and agency.
  • Work collaboratively with event managers, production teams, and other Brand Ambassadors to execute seamless activations.
  • Perform additional job duties as necessary and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in promotional marketing, brand ambassadorship, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for creating memorable consumer experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
  • Lengthy shifts and prolonged standing should be expected.
  • May require traveling with overnight stays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift.
  • Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in fluctuating temperatures.
  • Ability to work in adverse situations and conditions (e.g., dirty, noisy, etc.)
