The Live Event Operations Coordinator is a dynamic, strategic, and detail-oriented leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of departmental business operations within the Live Events division. This role blends operational priorities, creative project management, and revenue strategy, requiring a proactive problem-solver who can manage day-to-day functions, lead cross-functional creative initiatives, and drive high-impact projects that enhance profitability, operational efficiency, brand execution, and fan experience. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring creative concepts are effectively planned, executed, and aligned with organizational goals while maintaining seamless event operations.

  • Serve as the primary intake and traffic manager for promotional asset requests originating from the Live Events team - briefing projects clearly, setting realistic timelines, and managing the feedback and revision process

  • Facilitate reviews and approval workflows, keeping stakeholders engaged and decisions moving without bottlenecks

  • Support the planning and execution of live event promotional campaigns across local markets, working to ensure consistent messaging and timely asset delivery

  • Assist in the development of promotional toolkits and market-facing materials that local promoters and venue partners can execute against

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Genuine passion for live entertainment, sports, or media

  • Strong creative sensibility - understand brand, fan experience, and storytelling, and you can contribute meaningfully to those conversations, not just manage around them

  • Experience in a creative traffic or project management capacity, with comfort briefing creative teams and managing revision cycles

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar); PMP or equivalent a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Entertainment, Business, or related field

  • Experience working within or alongside a creative department in a fast-paced entertainment environment

  • Familiarity with WWE programming, live event structure, or professional sports operations
