IT Support Agent – Full-time Glennville GA Area

The Role – MUST be within 45 minutes of Glennville GA and required to work in office from our Glennville Georgia location.

As an Onshore IT Support Agent, you will work in a challenging environment dealing with client customers through multiple channels. The ability to effectively and professionally communicate with a variety of people is key. Attention to detail required. Pays $12.00 per hour. 


Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday *Must be willing to work weekends if needed

Shifts Available: Day, Evening and Overnight shifts available. (Must be available to work at least 1 weekend shift as needed)

FT - IT Support Agent Duties & Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting via telephone, email, chat, and portal
  • Accurately document, track and escalate all customer issues until resolution
  • Meet or exceed client performance metrics
  • Ensure management is notified of trending service issues, challenges, and roadblocks

 

FT - IT Support Agent Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be within 45 minutes of Glennville GA and work from our office
  • Excellent people skills including verbal/written communication
  • Ability to multitask in a challenging environment
  • Computer literate with ability to utilize hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Positive, professional demeanor required
  • Effective, consistent internet connection required to work remotely
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate consistent dependability in the workplace

 

FT - IT Support Agent Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 months call center or customer service experience
  • Basic ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network connections and peripherals
  • Experience with Ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (such as Excel, Outlook, etc.)
