Position Summary

The Concessions Barback supports the bar operations during the LIV Golf Tournament by ensuring bartenders have everything they need to provide fast and efficient service. This role focuses on restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with overall bar setup and breakdown in a high-volume, fast-paced event environment.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.50

This is a seasonal role from May 6, 2026, and will end on September 6, 2026.

This position will remain open until August 7, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Restock beer, liquor, mixers, ice, cups, and other bar supplies throughout the event.
  • Assist bartenders with setup and breakdown of bar areas.
  • Keep bar stations clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Remove trash and maintain overall cleanliness of the work area.
  • Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages.
  • Help with loading and unloading supplies as needed.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Provide support to ensure quick and efficient customer service.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a barback, food & beverage, or in event work is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects often.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (per Virginia state laws).
