What You'll Do
  • Keep our community beautiful: Handle all aspects of property maintenance, from curb appeal to apartment turnovers and preventative care.
  • Respond like a pro: Complete service requests quickly and efficiently, usually within 24 hours.
  • Be a safety champion: Follow best practices and company policies to keep our residents and team safe.
  • Stay connected: Communicate with residents and team members, ensuring everyone's needs are met.
  • Support your team: Jump in to help wherever needed and keep the positive energy flowing!

What We're Looking For
  • Semi-skilled in general home maintenance or skilled in a related field.
  • Type II or Universal refrigerant certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk up to 10 miles a day, and handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
