Job description

SUMMARY


MUST HAVE Heavy CONSTRUCTION Equipment DEALER SUPPORT experience.


This is not a sales role. The focus is on onboarding, training, supporting and development of new dealers, and current dealers, as well as and ongoing support and training to drive dealer's operational excellence and aftersales success.


Must have Heavy Equipment support experience to be the point of contact as the Customer Solutions Manager (CSM), who is responsible for dealer development, onboarding, and continued success of the LiuGong brand.


The CSM is accountable for the progress and enhancement of dealer capabilities and skillsets to foster growth and efficiency. Providing training and factory support to continuously improve product knowledge and customer satisfaction. Ensuring dealer standards and actively assessing annual business plans and KPI’s. Other responsibilities consist of continued development for after sales parts and service growth, including solutions to overall dealer success and performance.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop dealer capabilities and skillsets to enhance performance and overall success.
  • Dealer growth and total satisfaction.
  • New Dealer Onboarding and enrichment.
  • Enhance LiuGong’s integrity with colleagues, customers, and competitors.
  • Development of dealer standards, annual business plans and assessments / KPI’s
  • Deliver general / high level product training for all products to dealer field service engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
  • Develop dealer personnel proficiency to utilize the various supporting systems and manage their accesses.
  • Meeting and exceeding annual goals for customer solutions and satisfaction.
  • Provide oversight in Dealer Development activities for After Sales Parts & Service growth
  • MUST HAVE Heavy CONSTRUCTION Equipment support experience.
