Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a premier Am Law firm with offices in Southern California.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal with 5–10 years of law firm experience to support sophisticated litigation teams across all phases of disputes, including e-discovery, document production, trial preparation, and in-court trial support.

The role offers exposure to high-stakes litigation matters, direct attorney collaboration, and a strong long-term platform within a nationally recognized firm.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of litigation paralegal experience, including substantial hands-on work with:

  • E-discovery
  • Document review and production
  • Trial preparation
  • Trial attendance and support
  • File and calendar management
  • Legal document drafting and correspondence
