Qualifications include:
  • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team.
  • Must possess excellent organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Must be highly motivated.
  • Must exhibit a positive and professional attitude.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • The project assistant is primarily responsible for scanning documents, copying, faxing, managing the mail of the office, paying some invoices, setting up computers and assembling office furniture from time to time.
  • The project assistant will be the receptionists backup during breaks and the lunch hour.
  • The project assistant position is extremely important to ensure that the workflow moves properly and that work gets handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • The project assistant may also be asked to perform other general duties assigned by a Supervisor, Office Manager, Director of Human Resources, and/or the Firm Administrator.
