What the work looks like
You will partner with public and private employers on a wide range of workplace issues. Some days you will be in the courtroom. Other days, you will be drafting policies, advising leadership, or representing clients before agencies. No matter the task, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work while being supported by a team that values trust and collaboration.

  • At least 2 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation.
  • A Virginia law license.
