Construction Litigation Associate
Location: Orlando, FL OR Tampa, FL (In-Office)
Experience: 3–7 years

Our client, a well-established full-service law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate (3–7 years) to join its Construction Litigation practice in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value construction disputes alongside experienced, board-certified practitioners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the courtroom and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility in active litigation matters.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Handling complex construction litigation matters involving large-dollar disputes
  • Managing cases from inception through resolution
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Covering hearings independently
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
  • Supporting trial preparation and participating in litigation strategy

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on construction disputes
  • Strong courtroom presence and ability to handle hearings independently
  • Experience with depositions, motion practice, and case management
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Strong academic credentials
