What You'll Do
  • Work directly with a senior litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.
  • Assist Paralegals manage attorney calendars, coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial schedules.
  • Help prepare and organize case files, exhibits, correspondence, and litigation documents.
  • Learn how to file pleadings and other documents through court e-portals while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Learn the process of Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

  • Prior experience as a Litigation Assistant or Legal Assistant is a plus
