Margaret W. Wong & Associates is recruiting a Litigation Paralegal. You will be responsible for a wide variety of legal support activities, including helping attorneys with calling clients and drafting forms and letters. Other paralegal duties are to be expected that require you to multi task.

Margaret W. Wong and Associates is a national immigration law practice representing clients throughout the United States. The firm's immigration attorneys have over 200 years of combined experience and have counseled tens of thousands of individuals, families, and companies in all areas of immigration and nationality law.

Job Responsibilities:

Support attorneys including gathering and organizing client documents, drafting affidavits and other documents, preparing legal filings, and communicating with clients

Assist attorneys in client meetings (e.g. note-taking and translations)

Perform client follow-ups and collect biographical information

Complete immigration filings in a timely manner

Input notes and track tasks in Clio

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree

Prior legal experience

Spanish speaking is a plus
