Job Description

  • Handle complex commercial litigation, product liability, environmental, and insurance coverage matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Manage all phases of discovery, including electronically stored information and large document productions.
  • Assist with trial preparation and provide courtroom support.
  • Conduct legal due diligence involving contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Participate in depositions, court hearings, and motions practice.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and legal support staff.

Qualifications

  • Active Washington Bar license.
  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to manage matters independently.
  • 4+ years of litigation experience is preferred.
