  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Maryland or surrounding jurisdictions preferred, but not required)
  • Experience handling commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, contract disputes, or other complex civil litigation
  • Familiarity with litigation procedures, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
  • Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations, or trial preparation preferred
  • Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
