Description:

The Mentorship & Literacy Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for recruiting volunteers for the youth mentoring and literacy programs serving identified Sioux Falls Title I schools. The Coordinator also supports volunteers within those schools in partnership with the school personnel. This position requires time to be allocated between the Helpline Center and on-site work at the designated schools.

  • Provide programming and operations for the mentor recruitment and engagement program
  • Lead recruitment efforts for the literacy volunteer program
  • Provide on-site mentor engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and provide required reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
