• Schedule and present our proven listing presentation to sellers, and present their homes' key features and our unique selling proposition
• Provide and present accurate property price estimates and evaluations
• Respond to all provided seller leads promptly and regularly
• Manage all seller communication through our CRM
• Maintain contact with sellers who have a timeline longer than 3 months
• Maintain contact with our digital marketing specialists and transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction and closing
• Exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity
• Actively promote yourself and our team on social media
• Attend scheduled training
