Summary
Position Overview
The Field Tech & Runner plays a vital role in supporting our Real Estate Listing Manager and fulfilling various organizational tasks throughout the week. This role involves traveling to and from property listings, handling deliveries, collecting supplies, and occasionally providing off-site support at client events. Acting as the primary onsite coordinator for all listings, the Field Tech & Runner conducts weekly inspections of vacant homes, distributes signage, marketing collateral, lockboxes, and keys, coordinates and meets with vendors to prepare properties for market, and assists with virtual tour arrangements. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, producing and distributing marketing materials and mailers, delivering client gifts, and performing data entry tasks. The position also contributes to company-wide initiatives, programs, and events as assigned.
Responsibilities
Some of the tasks required for this role include but are not limited to:
• Installing and removing signs from properties (Directionals, Riders, Open House signs, etc.)
• Installing and removing lock boxes from properties
• Consistently checking on listings & identifying and addressing challenges at listings
• Delivering & picking up documents & client gifts
• Preparing folders & marketing materials
• Managing & keeping track of listing materials & asset inventory
• Assisting with listing photos
• Addressing & shipping mailers
• Addressing & mailing "Golden Letters" & "Buyer Needs letters", & gifts.
• Assisting with organization marketing initiatives
• Coordinating & meeting vendors as needed
• Courier/liaison for mail, packages, & office supplies
• Assisting in obtaining virtual tours with 360 camera
• Occasionally meeting clients at a property on behalf of agents
• Data entry projects (as needed)
• Assisting with event signage and set up/breakdown
• Calling agents for showing feedback
• Technical support
• Occasional night/weekend support as needed
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle for transportation
• Proof of vehicle insurance with Anna K Intown listed as additionally insured
• Flexible availability & reliability
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Must be able to work independently
• Background check
This part-time position is compensated $15+ (based on experience) hourly + mileage reimbursement for authorized travel. Approximately 20-25 hours per week; weekday + occasional weekend coverage needed.
