Based at 925 North Point Pkwy, Suite 200, Alpharetta, GA, our office is located in a thriving community with strong opportunities for professional development and success. We also have other office teams within Metro Atlanta. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing for property listings.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote properties across various platforms.
  • Coordinate and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase listings.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate closings.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, zoning laws, and real estate regulations to advise clients effectively.
  • Team Player and able to come to office for team meetings, call nights and willing to attend zoom meetings and other team events
