To thrive as a LIS Analyst (Remote), you need a strong background in laboratory information systems, healthcare IT, and data analysis, usually supported by a degree in information technology or a related field. Familiarity with major LIS platforms (such as Cerner, Sunquest, or Epic Beaker), HL7 standards, and relevant certifications like ASCP or ITIL is highly valued.
