We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished Senior Cost Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to contribute to this landmark project that is poised to deliver transformative impacts across economic, transportation, and environmental sustainability.

The busiest rail connection between New York, New Jersey, and the Northeast Corridor, the Hudson Tunnel Project will improve capacity, reliability, and resiliency of commuter and intercity rail transit serving 800,000 daily passengers from Washington, D.C. to New York and New England. This is a milestone project that is slated to receive nearly $12 billion in federal funding, the largest investment in a mass transit project in modern history.

As the Senior Cost Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of this significant project. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project budgets by preparing detailed cost estimates and conducting cost control reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare regular financial reports, cost forecasts, and cash flow analyses to provide stakeholders with a clear view of financial performance and potential risks.
