Experience - 3-6 years

Location - Marlborough, Massachusetts


We at Coforge are hiring a DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER with below skillset

  • Responsible for providing dedicated onsite IT support, including IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change & Disposal) services.
  • Deskside support, device deployment and configuration, Windows/Linux workstation support, hardware and software troubleshooting, printer and peripheral support, conference room and AV technology support, smart hands assistance for remote teams, network connectivity troubleshooting, factory floor device support, asset and inventory management, vendor coordination, incident and service request management, user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintaining high service levels to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Candidates should have 3-6 years of onsite IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic Linux support, ITSM processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, customer-facing experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • ITIL Foundation and Microsoft endpoint support certifications are preferred.
