Hourly Compensation: $28.00-$34.00/Hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM 

We are excited to announce we are expanding and looking to hire multiple Warehouse Supervisors for both morning and afternoon shifts. This hourly leadership role operates like an assistant manager, owning full warehouse operations in the manager’s absence. You’ll drive pick, pack, ship, receiving, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and KPI performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate warehouse teams to meet or exceed daily KPIs for picking accuracy, packing efficiency, on-time shipping, and receiving throughput.
  • Execute pick, pack, and ship operations with precision, ensuring 100%+ order accuracy and same-day fulfillment targets.
  • Manage inventory control including cycle counts, stock adjustments, and discrepancy resolution using Linnworks WMS and NetSuite WMS.
  • Oversee receiving processes – verify inbound shipments, inspect quality, and systematically put away using WMS scanning protocols.
  • Enforce safety standards (OSHA-compliant), conduct daily safety audits, and lead incident response and reporting.
  • Optimize warehouse flow – equipment uptime, aisle organization, and labor allocation to hit production targets.
  • Morning Shift: Kick off the day with pre-shift huddles, system checks, and task prioritization to launch operations at full speed.
  • Afternoon Shift: Close out the day with final wave processing, inventory reconciliation, system cutoffs, and next-day prep.
  • Generate and analyze KPI reports (pick rates, error rates, labor efficiency) in Linnworks/NetSuite to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Train, coach, and performance-manage team members; escalate issues proactively.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in warehouse operations with.
  • Hands-on experience with Linnworks WMS and NetSuite WMS (scanning, workflows, reporting).
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding production KPIs (pick/pack rates, accuracy, OTIF).
  • Strong command of inventory management, receiving, and safety protocols.
  • Leadership presence – able to direct 10–30 team members per shift with clarity and accountability.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel for KPI tracking) and comfortable with real-time WMS dashboards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physical, fast-paced warehouse.
  • Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
  • Flexible to work assigned shift + occasional overtime/weekends.


Preferred:

  • Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, or high-SKU environments.
  • Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • 1+ year in a supervisory/lead role
