LinkedIn Search is a feature on LinkedIn that allows users to find people, jobs, companies, groups, posts, and more by entering keywords, names, or titles into the search bar. It helps professionals to connect with others in their industry, discover new career opportunities, and expand their professional network. LinkedIn Search supports filters such as location, industry, current company, and past company to help users narrow down their results and find exactly what they are looking for. It's especially valuable for recruiters, job seekers, and business professionals looking to make meaningful connections.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a LinkedIn Search specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a LinkedIn Search Specialist, you need expertise in Boolean search techniques, talent sourcing strategies, and a strong understanding of LinkedIn's recruitment tools, often supported by experience in HR or recruiting roles. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms is typically required. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication help professionals build networks and identify top candidates. VibeIQ

Job description

ABOUT US
At VibeIQ, we pioneer the future of digital collaboration with our platform built specifically for product creation teams. Our mission is to allow companies that design, manufacture, or sell products to work more effectively, enable a more sustainable work life balance, and reduce their impact on the environment.
POSITION SUMMARY
VibeIQ is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help build and scale the programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue for our product creation platform. Working directly with the VP of GTM, you'll get hands-on exposure to the full demand funnel - from ABM and paid media to brand - while focusing first on our organic channels: social (primarily LinkedIn), SEO/AEO, and the website. It's a rare chance to learn both the strategy and the performance-level execution of modern B2B marketing from the ground up. This is a builder's role with real room to grow: you'll start as an individual contributor and, as you develop, have a clear path toward owning channels and eventually coaching or managing a team. We're looking for someone earlier in their career who is deeply curious, thrives on variety, and is excited to learn by doing in a fast-moving SaaS environment. Success will be measured on the pipeline you help source, MQLs, and conversion rates across the funnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Lead and grow our organic social presence, with LinkedIn as the primary focus - planning, publishing, and engaging to build reach and audience. (A core focus of this role.)
  2. Own day-to-day SEO and answer-engine optimization (AEO) and help manage the VibeIQ website to improve organic performance, on-page content, and visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search. (A core focus of this role.)
  3. Support the build-out and execution of our account-based marketing (ABM) program, from target account list development to coordinated, multi-touch campaigns.
  4. Contribute to paid media (PPC) campaigns across search and social - assisting with setup, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  5. Support brand awareness initiatives and integrated campaigns that keep VibeIQ top of mind with product teams.
  6. Work directly with the VP of GTM across all of the above, gaining exposure to both the strategy and the hands-on, performance-level execution of each channel.
  7. Track and report performance across our stack (HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEMrush), with a focus on pipeline sourced, MQLs, and conversion rates.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  1. 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales, ideally in a demand generation, growth, or digital marketing capacity.
  2. Prior experience at a SaaS or B2B technology company.
  3. A self-starter who is highly motivated, comfortable wearing many hats, and energized by working across multiple channels and projects at once.
  4. A strong learner who asks great questions, actively seeks feedback, and picks up new tools and concepts quickly.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and SEMrush - or the eagerness to get up to speed on them quickly.
BONUS POINTS
  1. Fluency or working proficiency in a second language.
  2. Experience with data analysis and turning marketing data into actionable insights.
  3. Experience with marketing automation and workflow tools.
  4. Hands-on experimentation with AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  5. Interest in eventually growing into a channel-owner, coach, or people-management role.
BENEFITS
401(k), Health, Dental, Vision
12 Paid Holidays per Year
Discretionary Time Off
Paid Parental Leave
