This position works out of our Alameda, CA office in the Lingo division and reports to the Director of Medical Affairs.

The Senior Manager, Medical Affairs will have expertise in cardiometabolic health (e.g., prediabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, nutrition, physical activity) and continuous monitoring devices or wearables to support activities (medical, scientific, and technical) across multiple global cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, R&D, marketing, sales, and quality), including development of relationships with key experts in the field and organization of advisory boards. This role will aid content development for internal and external audiences, medical information responses, training materials, publications, and conference summaries, review advertising and promotional materials, and manage multiple projects/activities and strategies, scheduling, and auditing.
What You'll Work On
  • Identify and work with key experts in the field of cardiometabolic health and continuous analyte monitoring to identify needs and opportunities for Lingo products and develop a scientific presence in the field.
  • Support organization of advisory boards to enable medical, scientific, and technical activities across multiple global cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, R&D, marketing, sales, and quality).
  • Develop content appropriate for audience (e.g., internal leadership, cross-functional partners, external healthcare providers or scientists, consumers or users of Lingo products), which may include training materials, publications, conference summaries, symposiums, education workshops, or seminars.
  • Participate in approval of advertising and promotional materials in collaboration with marketing, legal, and regulatory.
  • Develop and maintain medical information processes.
  • Participate in other operational functions, such as grant processes.
  • Lead preparation and conduct of all audits related to Medical Affairs functions.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience related to cardiometabolic health (e.g., prediabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, nutrition, physical activity)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Medical or Scientific Degree (e.g., PhD, MD, Pharm D)
