Job Summary

Texas Precious Metals is seeking a highly dependable Vault Operations Support team member to manage critical depository operations. The Vault Operations Support role oversees inbound and outbound precious metals movement, packaging, shipping, and inventory integrity. This Vault Operations Support position requires strict attention to detail, operational discipline, and a strong commitment to security standards.

Vault Operations Support Responsibilities

· Manage metals transportation between depository and main facility

· Process inbound and outbound packages with accuracy and care

· Maintain accurate inventory tracking within ERP systems

· Provide security escort and support for depository tours

· Maintain facility cleanliness and uphold safety protocols

· Assist in daily vault and operational support functions

· Support cross-functional business needs as required

· All other duties as assigned by management

Vault Operations Support Skills and Competencies

Skills:

· Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

· Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms preferred

· Forklift operation (training available after hire)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
