Job description

Salary: Based on Experience and Skill

We are seeking an Aluminum/Screen Enclosure Installer to become a part of our team! You will assist with the installation and repair of various screen enclosures. This is not a position for Service Technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Install pool enclosure, lanai screen, poly rooms, motorized retractable screens, and related structures according to project specifications
  • Ensure proper alignment, stability, and integrity of enclosures
  • Measure and cut materials (aluminum, mesh, etc.) to fit the specific size and shape of each project
  • Read and perform work based on engineering drawings of each structure
  • Communicate with customers regarding job progress, any issues that arise, and provide recommendations
  • Address customer concerns and questions in a professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the final installation
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out parts of enclosures, such as screens, frames, and doors
  • Transport and handle materials, ensuring they are properly stored and used efficiently
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on tools and supplies
  • Track all equipment and supplies(Maintain Inventory)
  • Work alongside other team members to complete installations in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5+ YEARS Proven experience in installing pool screen enclosures, lanai enclosures, or similar construction-related work. Must know how to build enclosures from start to finish.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
  • Presentable appearance
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Valid Drivers License or reliable transportation
  • Basic knowledge of mobile Apps/SMART Phones to use work related software or willingness to learn
