JOB SUMMARY:
Line cooks are the rock stars of our operation. Come cook food that matters in an open kitchen.

We are looking for experienced line/prep cooks who know what it takes to get through the rush, can sling the perfect photo worthy over-easy egg, construct a perfectly layered shawarma pita, and keep a clean work space. These people will work in support of seamless operations and presenting quality food to our guests. All of our BOH team members work together to complete prep lists, prepare orders, develop recipes, complete daily checklists, and maintain organization and cleanliness.
Full-Time | Hourly wage + tips in a pooled house

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Open and flexible availability, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Solid understanding of fundamentals of cooking and knife skills
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling best practices
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Constant standing, walking, stopping
  • Occasional kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing ladders, and carrying of up to 50lbs
