Job description

Job Summary:
The Regional Product Line Manager will manage the daily operations of the fishing and rental business, overseeing district P&L and cost control. This role involves managing sales orders, vendor invoicing, PO creation, inventory, and tool transfers. The position also requires ensuring QHSE and employee safety, approving timesheets and expense reports, and promoting sales of Yellowjacket product lines. The manager will also be responsible for submitting daily reports and performing other assigned duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of fishing and rental business
• Responsible for district P&L and cost control
• Report monthly revenue flash to GEO manager by the 20th of each month
• Oversight of district sales orders, review, and approval for timely invoicing
• Responsible for timely vendor invoicing and PO creation
• Identify, source and or order appropriate tools and equipment to perform the services.
• Oversight of shop repair and Maintenance (R&M)
• Responsible for managing inventory and tool transfers
• Responsible for QHSE and employee safety meeting and training requirements
• Review and approve hourly employee time sheets
• Review and approve monthly employee expense reports
• Review required documents from field supervisors and approve monthly field supervisor job bonus
• Follow Yellowjacket standard operating procedures and safety policies; comply with company policies and other specialized equipment and safety training required by the company.
• Submit daily morning report of job activities
• Promotes sales of Yellowjacket product lines, i.e., fishing & rental services, wireline, etc. Communicate with customers and potential customers to maintain and grow market share
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license and acceptable MVR
• Minimum 7 years supervisory/management experience of a fishing/rental operation
• Ability to work independently and as a team with peers and direct reports
• Microsoft Office experience a plus
