Job description

Location: Wilmer, TX
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Line Leader for our warehouse packing operation. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in a warehouse or production environment and be able to effectively manage team performance, productivity, and quality standards.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required.

Training Schedule

All selected candidates must complete a mandatory training period:

  • Training Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–4:00 AM
  • Duration: 2 weeks

After successful completion of training, the employee will transition to the regular weekend Line Leader schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Ensure packing lines operate efficiently and meet daily goals.
  • Communicate expectations and provide guidance to team members.
  • Assist with training new employees.
  • Report production issues and work with management to resolve them.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous Line Leader, Team Lead, or related warehouse leadership experience required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work the required training and weekend schedules.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
