Job Description
DWM Holdings is looking to fill a 2nd shift Helper position. This person reports directly to the Plant Manager and is a member of the company's Production team.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Works under direction from the Line Leader, performs job duties in a safe manner in accordance with DWM operational, safety and quality procedures
โ€ข Learn and apply the procedures for each task as per the instructions from the Line Leader.
โ€ข Visually identify and inspect finished products.
โ€ข Maintains and operates equipment in a safe manner.
โ€ข Completes work within expected periods of time.
โ€ข Has good attendance and punctuality.
โ€ข Keeps workspace clean in accordance to housekeeping standards.
โ€ข Performs other work as assigned by Line Leader or Production / QA Supervisor
โ€ข Proficient knowledge of OSHA standards, regulations, and safety loading practices
Skills and Competencies:
โ€ข Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and a consistent pace, with rotational direction.
โ€ข Quality focused, strives for high level of accuracy and completeness.
โ€ข Ability to learn new tasks and learn to operate basic production equipment.
