# Production Floater 1st Shift
**Location:** Garrettsville, OH
**Shift:** 1st Shift | MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
**Pay:** $17.00 per hour
**Status:** Temp-to-Hire
Mancan Staffing is hiring a **Production Floater** for a growing plastics manufacturing company in Garrettsville, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new skills and working in a variety of production areas. The company is willing to train motivated individuals, and candidates with a carpentry or mechanical background are encouraged to apply.
### Job Responsibilities
* Float between multiple departments as needed
* Assist with saw cutting and material preparation
* Learn basic welding tasks (training provided)
* Support shipping and receiving operations
* Operate hand and power tools safely
* Assist with general production and manufacturing duties
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all company safety and quality standards
### Qualifications
* Carpentry or mechanical experience is helpful but not required
* Willingness to learn multiple job functions
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
