JOB DESCRIPTION

• 2 years high volume fast paced Line Cook experience

• Create a positive and fun kitchen environment.

• Help us build and grow our strong customer base.

• A detail oriented, creative self-starter with a hands-on approach

• Cook almost everything from scratch while following established recipes and plating procedures.

• Work 5 days a week with 2 days off.

• Ability to cook from scratch in a high volume atmosphere.

• Quickly and efficiently prepare food orders.

• Have the ability to work quickly and gracefully under pressure.

• Must be able to lift, bend, climb stairs, lift a minimum of 50lbs, and spend long hours on your feet.

• Serve safe certification preferred.

    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    Charlie’s Diner Bar & Grill is a family run business that has been thriving for almost 70 years. We strive to serve our customers better each day. We started as a 30 seat diner serving breakfast and lunch; over the last ten years the demand for more has kept us growing. In the summer of 2011 we opened an additional dining room that seats another 100 patrons. Over time we out grew that as well and in 2018 we added 160 seats (100 of which is a function room) and we are looking for a motivated individual to add to our team.
