Job description

  • In this role you will ensure delivery of HR services across Americas, ensuring timely decisions and effective risk management
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with AMT senior leaders and managers, as well as Linde's Corporate HR team and other key stakeholders (Law Department, Compliance & Investigations, etc.) to ensure workplace culture consistent with Linde core values.
  • You will develop, interpret, and implement HR policies and procedures in conjunction with business strategies
  • Drive and deliver assigned HR operational plan, meeting stakeholder expectations in terms of objectives, standards, and timelines
  • Provide continuity of HR leadership coverage across region through strong team leadership, operating cadence, and succession depth within HR organization
  • Further, you will guide talent acquisition strategy and talent development initiatives
  • Manage and continuously improve Performance Management Process,educating and coaching managers and key stakeholders
