  • Collaborate with business partners to understand system and operationalrequirements and define appropriate technical solutions
  • Support and administer enterprise systems andtechnical platforms while leading technical development of tools and processesthat enhance system performance, monitoring, and decision support
  • Stay abreast of new technology and activelycontributing ideas for system improvements, infrastructure enhancements, andadministrative tools. Balance implementation and configuration of system solutionswith replication and maintenance, monitoring, and support of existing systemsand tools
  • Utilize technical skills to develop scripts, utilities, and systemautomation tools in order to increase productivity and efficiency within thebusiness. Write code and design database schemas for applications and system-relateddata structures
  • Write SQL queries to analyze data and support systemoperations, utilizing technologies, including Python and Tableau, to createvisualizations in order to clearly display system performance metrics andoperational data to business users
  • Write Python scripts used for systems administration, automation, andback-end operational processes
  • Remote work permitted from any location in theU.S.

  • Coursework/graduate research experience must include:Programming expertise with Python in a consulting role working directly withclients to solve a wide range of complex problems; Utilizing database schemadesign, complex query optimization, and data creation to enable actionablebusiness insights, specifically in parsing and transforming raw data intostructured formats- with tools like Regular Expressions -to support efficientquerying, analysis, and automated processing workflows
  • Designing anddeveloping scalable and sustainable back-end applications, including creatingand integrating RESTful APIs for seamless communication, and ensuring softwarequality through robust unit and integration testing using frameworks such asPyTest or GoogleTest or other testing frameworks
  • Translating complex data intoactionable insights by creating interactive data visualizations and dashboardsusing tools such as Tableau or Python visualization libraries (plotly,matplotlib, seaborn)
  • Developing responsive, and user-friendly interfacesfor mobile and web applications using JavaScript frameworks and leveragingcontainerization technologies like Docker to configure and deploy microservices
  • TRAVEL REQT: Up to 50% domestic and international travel required
  • HOURS: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)
