What you will enjoy doing* (DUTIES)
  • Ensureplant operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsiblemanner. Remain compliant with all external regulatory agencies including FDA,DOT, EPA, OSHA, DHS, as well as all Linde policies and procedures
  • Schedule production of cylinder gases to meetinternal and external customer requirements
  • Maintain stocking levels of finished product and raw materials to ensureproduction requirements and lead times are achieved
  • Monitor and schedule rawmaterial deliveries as needed. Drive productivity throughout the operation tomaximize plant capabilities and operational efficiency
  • Responsible forensuring the proper appearance, image, and security of the facility andequipment
  • Effectively conduct accident/incident investigations in accordancewith company policy
  • Timely and accurate completion of all required reports,which may include product inventory, cylinder inventory, expense reports,financial reports, KPI reports, payroll, and ACMS Work Orders
  • Support inter-company and route truckdistribution of products to help ensure efficient, timely, accurate, andprofessional delivery
  • Assist in implementation of Standard OperatingProcedures as required or as revisions or changes are made
  • Monitor asset usageand recommend cylinder purchases and/or increases to inventory as businessdemands change.

What makes you great (REQTS)
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in IndustrialEngineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related fieldand two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position;
  • Must have two (2) years of experience with: Knowledge of cylinder gasesand processes including CGA, high-pressure cylinder filling, cylindermaintenance and analytical requirements;
  • Knowledge of all regulatory agencies includingFDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA to ensure products provided to internal and externalcustomers meet or exceed regulatory requirements;
  • Working with Microsoftapplications and JD Edwards to run production reports to optimize and plandaily production schedule;
  • Supporting 5S and Lean projects to identify ways toreduce plant costs and increase production efficiency;
  • Utilizing AutoCAD todesign Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs);
  • Creating PressureRelief Device (PRD) program to ensure the safety and compliance of the plant;
  • Overseeing Quality Database for internal and external customers complaintand providing accurate timeline and investigation details.
