WMH Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Rental Operations Coordinator to help support one of the Southeast's fastest-growing equipment rental fleets.
In this role, you'll coordinate equipment movement, rental fulfillment, fleet visibility, logistics, inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, and customer support activities that keep our customers operating and our business moving.
Due to continued growth of our rental fleet and increasing customer demand across the Southeast, we're expanding our operations team and adding a Rental Operations Coordinator to support our growing business.
This position plays a key role in ensuring rental equipment is available, properly tracked, delivered on time, accurately documented, and supported throughout the rental lifecycle.
This position is ideal for someone currently working in equipment rental, dispatch, logistics, fleet administration, dealership operations, transportation coordination, industrial operations, or operations support who is looking to grow their career with an established industry leader.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate incoming rental requests from customers and internal teams
  • Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, transfers, and returns
  • Monitor fleet availability, equipment readiness, and rental status
  • Coordinate re-rent equipment through approved vendors and partners
  • Support rental fleet utilization, equipment tracking, and operational visibility
  • Maintain accurate rental records, documentation, and system updates

  • Coordinate equipment movement between branches and customer locations
  • Monitor inventory levels, equipment status, and fleet availability
  • Conduct inventory audits and help resolve fleet discrepancies
  • Assist with equipment allocation, transfer coordination, and fleet planning
  • Support operational reporting and equipment visibility initiatives

  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Process vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Support rental billing activities and documentation
  • Maintain accurate ERP system and rental management system records
  • Track fleet-related operational data, rental activity, and support records

  • Serve as a communication hub between customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Provide rental updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with sales, service, transportation, logistics, and operations teams
  • Help ensure smooth execution throughout the full rental process
  • Support urgent operational needs with professionalism and follow-through

  • Coordinating equipment transfers between branches

  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, inventory management, equipment tracking, or rental documentation
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with ERP systems, rental management software, or similar business systems preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, vendors, branch teams, service teams, and leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
