  • Utilizing Technology: Use tablets and behavior management software to log session data, access treatment protocols, and communicate with the clinical team.
  • Maintaining a Safe and Supportive Environment: Create and maintain a positive, structured, and HIPAA-compliant environment that prioritizes client dignity, safety, and ethical care.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and professional training opportunities to enhance knowledge and maintain RBT certification.

  • Want your work to have real purpose—changing lives and making a meaningful impact every single day
  • Lead with heart—you’re compassionate, enthusiastic, and always ready to learn
  • Stay calm, positive, and energized, even when challenges arise
  • Show up as a team player—you’re dependable, open to feedback, and love collaborating with others

Crave growth—you’re excited to be part of a company that invests in you, personally and professionally

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
