At Likeable, the Associate Content Strategist is responsible for building actionable content roadmaps for our clients that serve as the backbone of content production and performance. In this role, you'll work with our team to interpret industry and client data, as well as audience, social and content production trends, to ensure every piece of Likeable content is smart, fast, compelling, and strategic.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead strategic discussions, collaborating with accounts, media and creative team members to translate client briefs intro smart, innovative content strategy outputs.
  • Analyze social data to provide insights and strategy decks to Likeable's clients.
  • Collaborate with creative team members to translate creative briefs and client goals into smart, innovative concepts and content strategy outputs.
  • Offer strategic content thought starters to be leveraged during internal and external brainstorming sessions.
  • Review and provide feedback on concept briefs, content assets, and post copy to make sure these documents are clear, relevant and fulfill client goals.
  • Use your love of language to creatively shape campaigns that fulfill client goals; this could mean anything from campaign names to concept write-ups to content ideas based on specific themes.
  • Present creative concepts and approach to clients where needed.
  • Attend client kickoffs to assess goals and objectives.
  • Partner with art directors to write and present concept briefs to clients.
  • Review creative to ensure that final outputs align with client objectives.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for account managers to pitch to clients.

  • Agency experience
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, ClickUp
  • Detail oriented and organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with ease
  • A passion for language, storytelling and the power of content marketing, as well as a demonstration of superb writing skills
  • Excited by building story concepts steeped in data and strategic insights

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience developing content strategy for multiple brands
  • Conceptual skills that demonstrate the ability to craft everything from a great line to compelling body copy to a multi-faceted campaign
  • Understanding of creative best practices for digital marketing
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • A confident, consultative approach to clients
