USESI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lighting Estimator. This position will be located in Landover, MD.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall execution of the project bidding phase
  • Extensive and effective collaboration and coordination with the Client, Client's Design Team, Sales, and Project Managers
  • Analyze and evaluate architectural drawings
  • Identify and RFI discrepancies in specifications and drawings
  • Request pricing and lead times through vendors
  • Produce comprehensive lighting quotations
  • Produce submittal packages
  • Collaborate with the sales team on all proposals

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Lighting Estimating/ Quotations experience required
  • Proven ability to build successful internal and external relationships
  • A strong aptitude and appreciation for the detail required
  • Experience reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documents
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Positive customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
