Planning : Create detailed schedules and coordinate the various stages of the project (design, production, installation). Team Coordination : Work closely with technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Client Relationship : Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and regular updates throughout the project.
