As a Senior Technical Project Manager - Token Factory, you will coordinate complex engineering initiatives that support the delivery and scalability of advanced AI infrastructure and platforms. Acting as a central point of collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, product, and operations teams, you will drive strategic projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment, efficiency, and predictable delivery. You will oversee critical technical programs, manage dependencies and risks, and continuously improve execution processes across multiple workstreams. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI technologies in a collaborative, international, and fast-paced remote environment where technical excellence and ownership are highly valued.

Accountabilities
  • Lead cross-functional technical projects involving infrastructure deployments, platform improvements, regional expansions, and engineering initiatives.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of AI platform capabilities, ensuring technical readiness, successful implementation, and timely execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Partner closely with engineering leaders, technical specialists, infrastructure, networking, security, site reliability, and product teams to align priorities and execution.
  • Facilitate technical discussions, decision-making processes, and project governance while ensuring clear ownership and accountability across teams.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and communicate status updates to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvements to project management methodologies, engineering workflows, and operational processes to enhance predictability and efficiency.
  • Support incident coordination, document technical decisions, and ensure effective follow-up actions after key milestones or operational events.
Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to transform ambiguous initiatives into structured execution plans.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing multiple concurrent workstreams, complex dependencies, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills in rapidly evolving technical environments.
  • Solid technical background with the ability to understand infrastructure architectures, engineering discussions, system dependencies, and technical trade-offs.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, and driving alignment across distributed teams.
  • Ability to coordinate incident response activities and maintain momentum under changing priorities.
  • Experience with AI infrastructure, machine learning platforms, GPU environments, cloud infrastructure, capacity planning, reliability engineering, or large-scale distributed systems is considered a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in high-growth technology organizations with fast-paced delivery cycles is highly desirable.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Excellent opportunities for career growth, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Flexible remote working environment with a high level of autonomy and ownership.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and engineering-focused culture.
  • Opportunity to contribute to impactful AI infrastructure and large-scale technical projects.
  • International work environment with highly skilled, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Meaningful responsibilities with the ability to influence technical strategy and execution.
