Role Description
At AutoAlert, the Implementation Project Manager is responsible for driving the implementation timeline of the project and building value in the AutoAlert platform through product expertise, and a full understanding of the dealership structure. Project Managers will support dealers throughout the initial build process maintaining regular communication with dealers, managing multiple projects in various phases.
Collaborating with multiple teams at our company, the Implementation Project Manager will directly influence the successful launch of a dealership onto our platform and their transition into the Adoption process. The successful Project Manager will effectively build enthusiasm and trust in the product, provide accurate evaluation of the readiness of the dealer's data and employees, and consistently collaborate with teams including Implementation Specialists, Adoption Coaches, Sales, Account Management, Corporate Training and Client Care.
You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset. You will be a part of a creative, diverse, collaborative team of hardworking individuals to increase brand favorability, customer engagement and advocacy, and revenue growth. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, priority management, and interpersonal skills. • Introduce products and set expectations of timeline, billing and dealer participation
• Communicate clearly and concisely with dealer for verification of products
• Hold customer and supporting internal team members accountable to timeline
• Work with the team to meet monthly MRR activation goals
• Collaborate with Account Management and Save teams to mitigate churn
• Be able to quickly identify and report any blockers that may result in a delay in launch
• Provide best practices on our products as applicable to the customer's purchase
• Assist in development of process templates
• Provide status reports on deployment progress to key stakeholders
• Ensure all communication and progress is appropriately logged and documented in Salesforce
• Troubleshoot customer issues during deployment as needed
• Keep all internal team members assigned to accounts up to date on the status
• Offer a warm handoff to team members that will continue the relationship after adoption is successful
• Other duties as assigned
