Job description

Position Summary:
We are currently in need of experienced and skilled Industrial Electricians to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for machine control panel box wiring, installing conduit and wiring large assemblies, start-up and testing of the entire electrical system.

Job Duties:


1.Reviewing electrical schematics from engineering
2.Laying out all electrical components needed in accordance with electrical schematics.
3.Mounting of all components, including drilling and tapping back panels.
4.Wiring all components in accordance with electrical schematics.
5.Upon completion, perform quality control checks of each circuit.
6.Troubleshoot as needed to ensure proper functionality of each circuit and component.
7.Install and wire any external components necessary required for each panel.
8.Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
9.Committing to Lifelong Learning by completing all assigned learning and seeking opportunities to improve self
10.Other duties as assign

Education:


โ€ขA high school diploma or GED is required, an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline. In the absence of a degree, directly related job experience serving in a crane manufacturing role, where several years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.
Experience & Skills:
โ€ขMust successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify
โ€ขKnowledge and basic understanding of electrical theory both with high and low voltage.
โ€ขTroubleshooting controls experience is plus
โ€ขControl panel building experience a plus
โ€ขProven ability to read electrical schematics.
โ€ขKnowledge of VFDโ€™S and PLCโ€™s
โ€ขAble to take directions and/or work without supervision
โ€ขMust be willing to work overtime as needed
โ€ขMust have own electrical toolโ€™s, hand and cordless
